575 OVX Cabernet Sauvignon


Our most limited release Cabernet Sauvignon, 575 OVX, is produced in quantities of less than 300 cases per year. It is devoted to the pure and true expression of a single vineyard, 575 OVX, in a single vintage. Most striking is the elegance and balance that such a concentrated and powerful wine can achieve. The nose reveals delicate aromas of rose petal and red berries, which on the palate become lush fruit flavors complemented by a unique exotic minerality. The last sip in your glass is the most treasured as it has only just begun to tell its story. The aging potential is 25+ years.
